I was a main speaker at the Westminster Abbey conference ‘Sisters in the hope of Resurrection’, celebrating Mary and Elizabeth, held at the Abbey in November 2008.

I also spoke at the twenty-fifth anniversary conference for the raising of the Mary Rose, at Portsmouth in 2007.

I chaired a day conference held at the National Archive to celebrate the accessions of Henry VIII (500 years) and Elizabeth (450 years), in March 2009.

I am a contributor to ‘Henry VIII :Arms and the Man’  the companion volume to the exhibition on Henry VIII, being held at The Tower of London by the Royal Armouries.

I am taking part in a discussion on Henry VIII, to be held at Hampton Court Palace in June 2009.
